SC-H200 Series Nanostructured Ceramic Coatings
Introduction:
SC-H200 Series nanometer Ceramic Coating, a new generation outdoor functional coating with super long service time, are developed by Shanghai Fuleda Fluorocarbon coating Fluorocarbon Material Co. Ltd., based on its donkey's years super weathering resistance coating research experience, through adopting millimicron oxide as film forming material, combined with functional filling and super weathering resistance pigment.
Performance of SC-H200 Series Coatings:
■ Super weathering resistance:
all-oxide’s film forming body has the advantage of outdoor gloss retentivity for more than 50 years without atomization and degradation.
■ Excellent adhesion:
SC-H200 has excellent adhesion, and it can be attached to all surfaces of organic, inorganic and metallic materials.
■ High surface hardness:
The surface hardness of nanometer oxide’s film can reach 5-9H.
■ Good self-cleaning ability, easy to clean.
■ Fine ornamental:
It can be mixed into various colors with solid luster, metallic luster and pearly- luster.
■ High temperature resistance:
The film can work for a long period even if the temperature is above 500℃.
Application Fields:
They can be painted on the surface of aluminium plate curtain walls, aluminium sections and other metals. Not only can they save the coating’s service life, but also can ameliorate the surface contamination during the usage of the coating.
